Coral Tooth
Coral tooth (Hericium coralloides) is a close relative of Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) with similar medicinal properties. Taste wise, it is more earthy than Lion’s Mane and resembles morel mushrooms. It also has more texture and is not spongy like Lions Mane. One of my personal favorites.
Grown with organic substrates and spring water.
