Lodging is available for the “Do You Really Want to be a Farmer?” course. The one bedroom apartment sits atop the former milk parlor where most of my farming takes place. You’ll have the place to yourself before and after the day’s work. The apartment, aka the rec center, has a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with a cast iron bathtub and a composting toilet. The interior is all wood and ceramic with huge windows and a sliding glass door. Sit out on a 300 sf deck and enjoy the peace.
