Maddyland is a tiny piece of paradise in Madison County, NC. We are about a half-hour drive from Asheville. Our land is part of what was once a dairy farm.

The cornerstone of our operation is the former dairy farm’s milking parlor. It’s an old masonry building we renovated for the sole purpose of cultivating medicinal and gourmet mushrooms.
